God of bright flashing forth...A poem by Janet E. Corso, Associate |
||||
| God of bright flashings forth, your invitation seen, responded to. Yes, to prism living beyond familiar edges: places of grace and balancing, rife with risk and plentitude. We’ve come thus far faceted in hope, knowing well the cost. Disturbing all we knew, you’ve partnered us re-configuring, re-creating, into this panoply of colors this many sharded brightness we are now. Continue to shatter old visions with new invitations that dazzle us forward to ever deepening places of risk; spaces of radical gratitude where ties more surely bind, of liminality where truth is sought and preached anew, of ego calm where listening and seeing can be one And keep us turning slowly, catching light, from those whose light still pierces darkness well: Catherine, Dominic, and Jesus, who is Christ.
